Monthly Service: $12.95 per month (requires 1 year service agreement)

Numeric Display Pager:

Pager and One year of service: $89.95 for the first year, $49.95 per year after first year. (Choice of Numeric Pager*)

Or

Pager: $35.95 to $51.95

Monthly Service: $4.95 per month (requires 1 year service agreement)

SBC Additional features:

Seven State service: $6.50 per month / 65.00 per year (Across the Midwest)

1-800 Number: $5.50 per month / 55.00 per year

You are not required to retain answering service to purchase paging services, nor required to purchase a pager through the Medical Dental Bureau. Your paging purchases can be added to your monthly bill. All purchases are subject to local taxes and FCC surcharges
